DMCA Policy for Spudbros Google Reviews

Spudbros Google Reviews respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications regarding material removed from our platform under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

It is our policy to respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive such a notice, we may remove or disable access to the infringing material. We also have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Spudbros Google Reviews, you may notify our designated Copyright Agent by providing all the following information:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. A description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on Spudbros Google Reviews, including a URL to the exact location of the infringing material.
  3. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Spudbros Google Reviews will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include all the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., URL).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Spudbros Google Reviews may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Spudbros Google Reviews may restore the removed material, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
